1. How long are shipping times?

Standard Shipping (Included): 9 - 21 business days. Every day, we deliver to customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness and transparency at all times. Please do be prepared for any delays as a result of the Covid Pandemic as this is beyond our control. We will process, pack and ship your order as quickly as possible.

2. What happens with damaged goods? We replace any items arriving damaged.

Although we package our products in protective material and ship all over the world, the odd breakage happens. It is rare, but it can happen and all you need to do is send a picture of the damaged goods and we'll replace them: customersupport@poshmozzie.com. T

The process is simple and easy and gives you peace of mind with regards to your goods being delivered to you safely and at no risk to you.
